The PII ( Plan of Integrated Intervention) is articulated in two allotments in the Isola district in Milan Down Town
The allotment in subject is called “Isola”.
This project foresees the development of residential buildings, Class A offices building, two buildings devoted to cultural events, retails and a parking system composed of three underground levels, plus green areas and a new road network which will join the southward existing one already belonging to the PII Garibaldi Repubblica.
The SLP (allowed net surface by code) is equal to 29.000 square meters which correspond to an overall gross area of about 72.000 square meters (30.000 sq mt of underground parking included). The entire complex will be designed taking the energetic saving into consideration which will result of 20% better than those foreseen by the law for 2010.
